Folks sorry for not following up with this e-mail, however I had a slight accident with my right hand.  I still may loose a finger, Anyway I have pretty much been out in la la land for the last little while.  Sorry for any confusion with this e-mail but I am doing it with one finger on mt left hand.

I have not heard back from anyone other than Marcia & Steve so.  The times that any help we can get would be appreciated and are attached.  If you show up at the booth and can give a couple of hours I will reimburse you for your day pass.  We can only accommodate 2 at a time so first come first severed unless you contact me in advance so I can fill in your name.  Just a reminder that the reason we ask for volunteers in advance is to accommodate the needs of the folks that organize the Bike Show.

Again there will be a Directors meeting on the Sunday at the mentioned Hotel.  Elisa FIDANI will be there to assist us with any concerns or questions you may have about HOG and related matters.

A couple of topics I would like to put on the agenda which will follow shortly are.  National Rally 2009.  Annual Reports.  Membership drives.  Welcome new directors and Chapters.  Western Regional Rally Financial report,  Need for a Chapter to Host a 2009 Regional Rally.  Regional; Rally in Whitehorse 2008 (lets support it and go there).  Chapter Events.

 IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO DISCUS PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL GET IT PUT ON THE AGENDA, BUT IF YOU DO NOT LET ME KNOW IT WILL NOT BE PUT ON AT THE LAST MINUTE.  WE WANT TO KEEP THESES MEETINGS SHORT AND INFORMATIVE AS WELL AS FUN.

Jan 24 to the 27.

Volunteers needed.

Jan 24,  3 volunteers each hour between noon and 3 pm
              2 volunteers each hour between 3 pm and 8 pm

Jan 25    10 am to 3 pm 2 volunteers each hour
               4pm to 8 pm   3 volunteers each hour

Jan 26th   10 am to 3 pm  3 volunteers each hour
                 3 pm to 8 pm 2 volunteers each hour

Jan 27th    10 am to 1 pm  3 volunteers each hours
                  1 pm to 5 pm 2 volunteers each hour.

If you can spare some time on any of these days please let me know as soon as possible.  I would need to know what hours or if it does not matter.  Same deal as before, you give a couple hours, you get a pass for the day.

There will be a directors meeting at the Best Western Regency Inn 32110 Marshall Rd Abbotsford, 10 am Sunday morning, 2 hours max.  Elisa FIDINA will be there with updates and general discussion.  If there is anything you wish to discuss please let me know and I will get it on the Agenda.

If anyone wants their upcoming 2008 event put in Tales from the Road, HOG Canada must have your write up by Feb 1st.  A short paragraph would do, better yet with a picture.  Come on folks lets let the rest of the country know what we do out here.
